Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information and details will then be sent to your email address we have on file about 2 business days later.

SAFE PAYMENT OPTIONS

 We offer safe and secure payment service via Paypal. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.

PayPal
PayPal is a virtual wallet, a convenient and easy way to shop online. To use PayPal as a payment method at our webshop you must first open a PayPal account at PayPal.

You can also choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and many other credit cards via PayPal, in which case no PayPal account is required.


International Shipping

We ship to most parts of the world, so you can expect to look fashionable wherever you live.Duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

 Canceling an order

 Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed and shipped out.

Please drop us an email at ohpairshoes@gmail.com if as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that has just been placed (within the 4 hours as stated above).

 Unclaimed orders

 We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 40% restocking fee or 50 USD redelivery fee to cover postage.


HOW TO TRACE YOUR PACKAGE

To track your order, please log on to:

 http://www.track-trace.com/post and insert the tracking number provided.
For US orders, you may also log onto www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided.

*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country.


CUSTOM TAX ISSUE

Even if we always mark all packages as gift and used clothes and even lower the total value for you,there may be some cases that you may be charged for Customs or Import tax that is applicable according to your Customs law.
If you do not accept or reject receiving the package, it will be returned to us and the original shipping charge can not be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount of refund. Please do not blame us or ask us to pay your tax because it's your responsibility.
